Pennsylvania Community Health Workers
For the Pennsylvania Community Health Workers (PACHW), I designed and developed a user-friendly website that serves as both a resource hub and a connection tool for CHWs across the state. A key feature of the site is an interactive map solution that allows Community Health Workers to locate and connect with peers in their region, fostering greater collaboration and support. In addition to the map, the site provides easy access to training programs, certification information, and networking opportunities—all organized to ensure visitors can quickly find the tools they need to grow and succeed in their roles. The result is a dynamic, accessible platform that strengthens the statewide CHW community.
